You’ll receive hands-on assistance reworking and optimizing one or two key areas in your Notion workspace. I’ll build and refine on the call, so you learn as we go!

Notion has a bit of a learning curve, I’ll go over how to use some of its more complex features such as relations, automations, and more! I’ll also share tips + tricks to help you get up to speed quickly.

What’s included

→ Questionnaire

After you pay for your session, you’ll receive an automated email with a link to book your session, and a questionnaire to give me the download of what you’d like to cover so we both can come prepared!

→ Review + prep

I want to ensure we’re fully prepared for our call so you get the most out of it. Depending on what’s in your questionnaire, I might have you also record a brief Loom of the area/s we’ll be focusing on. I’ll also ask for Guest access to specific pages.

→ Hands on building + customization

We'll meet via Zoom for one hour. This is a completely interactive experience, I’ll be building within your workspace. I’ll be talking through everything I’m doing, so you’ll be learning as you go! You just need to show up and I’ll drive.

→ Recording with searchable video

Immediately after the call you’ll receive an automated recording from Fathom (the AI notetaker I use). The recording is in a portal that includes a searchable video with an AI transcript of our session.

→ Documentation + resources

I’ll give you how-to docs that I personally use to help you understand Notion even better. You’ll be able to copy these into your workspace to share with your team. I’ll also share any outside resources with you.

→ After call support

After our session, you’ll have 3 days of support so if you have any lingering questions or come up against an issue from something we worked on you can send me an email with a Loom video.

Meet for our session!

We'll meet via Zoom for a jam packed session. Our call will be recorded, so no need to worry about taking notes unless you want to!

Wrap up + resources

After our call, you'll receive an automated email with a link to the recording. I’ll also follow up within 24 hours with any resources I mentioned, action items I promised to look into, and anything else I think you might need!
