The End-to-End Client Onboarding Bootcamp

From lead to final handoff, build your entire client lifecycle in Notion.

A 6-week virtual intensive program for founders, team leads, and solopreneurs ready to systematize their client experience all within their Notion workspace.

You're great at what you do.

Your clients love working with you. But behind the scenes? You're stressssssed.

It’s 9pm. You're lying in bed and you can’t shut your brain down.

You just remembered what you promised that client last week. Did someone follow up with that new lead? Your onboarding checklist is... somewhere. And you never sent that offboarding survey three weeks ago.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Leads slip through the cracks because you're managing everything in your head, email, and scattered notes.

  • Client onboarding feels chaotic every single time, you're reinventing the wheel and forgetting steps.

  • Your team isn't sure who's supposed to do what, when handoffs happen, or where to find client information.

  • Offboarding is awkward, there's no process, so clients just… fade away (along with potential referrals and testimonials).

  • You're spending hours searching for files, reconstructing conversations, and wondering where are we with this client?

All of this leads to inconsistent client experiences, dropped balls, team frustration, and you working way harder than you need to.

It doesn't have to be this way. You know it. I know it. The talent on your team knows it.

Here's the truth many service providers miss:

You think you need better marketing. More content. A consistent posting schedule. Maybe a lead magnet or a fancy funnel.

As someone who's spent years in marketing, technology, and operations, I can tell you those things absolutely help. But that's not where the gold is. Not for service businesses.

It’s in your onboarding.

When a client experiences seamless onboarding, they go from "I hired someone" to "I found THE person."

They stop second-guessing their decision. They relax.

And? They tell people.

That's how service businesses actually grow.

Not through viral content or paid ads, but through clients who become raving fans because working with you was effortless.

Your onboarding isn't just operations. It's your reputation. It's your referral engine. It's your competitive advantage.

But most service providers never build these systems because they're stuck in reactive mode, firefighting instead of creating the infrastructure that actually brings in clients.

“Working with Meighan was one of the best decisions I've made for my business. What made the experience incredible was: Meighan’s commitment, clear explanations, and desire to genuinely help me understand what I'm doing in Notion.”

— Shannon Mulligan, Founder The Freelance Squad

What if your entire client lifecycle just... worked? ~

Imagine having a system where:

  • Every lead is captured, qualified, and tracked automatically

  • New clients move through a proven onboarding workflow—nothing gets missed

  • Your team knows exactly what to do at every stage, with clear handoffs and accountability

  • Client information is organized and accessible in seconds, not minutes

  • Touch points are scheduled and tracked so relationships stay strong

  • Offboarding is professional and complete, leaving the door open for future work

  • You have visibility into capacity, workload, and client health at a glance

This isn't a fantasy. This is what happens when you build operational systems that actually work.

What you'll build in 6 weeks

This isn't a course where you watch videos and hope you figure it out. This is a hands-on, 6-week intensive where you (or someone on your team!) builds your actual system, with expert guidance, automations, proven templates, and live support every step of the way.

Week 1: Foundation - Core Architecture

Install your core databases and begin mapping your complete client lifecycle workflow from first contact to final handoff. This week lays the groundwork for everything you'll build.

Week 2:
Workflow Design I - Map Client Lifecycle

Complete your end-to-end workflow mapping with all tasks and SOPs identified for each stage. You'll map out exactly what happens at each touchpoint and discuss external automations for lead capture.

Week 3:
Workflow Design II - Documentation

Review your databases and workflow together, identifying exactly what templates, documents, and automations you need at each stage. Your system structure gets locked in and ready to build.

Week 4:
Discovery & Scoping Automations

Automate the front end of your client lifecycle—lead capture through SOW creation with all supporting tasks and documents. When a lead comes in, your discovery and scoping process runs automatically.

Week 5:
Onboarding + Offboarding Automations

Build both critical touchpoints: automated onboarding with checklists and team assignments when clients sign, plus professional offboarding flows with handoff documentation and testimonial capture. No more manually recreating these processes.

Week 6:
System Finalization + Client Followup

Test your complete system end-to-end, and make final refinements. Finish your testimonial capture process and build in an internal debrief for every client project. Your team will be using your fully automated client lifecycle by the end of this week!

“Meighan's work with Notion earns the highest praise I can give a service provider: it just ✨works✨. It does everything we need, nothing we don't. It's one of the most useful tools I've had in nearly 30 years of PM-ing work.”

— Sara Lobkovich, Leadership + OKR Coach

Technical training

Still not sure if this is right for you?

Who it’s for

This program is for you if you relate to some of the following:

👋 You’re a founder, operations lead, or Notion champion responsible for how your team runs day-to-day.

👋 You run (or work in) a service-based business with an active client load (consultancy, agency, studio, fractional team, etc.).

👋 You have the ability to make changes to your tools and workflows, or can reliably get buy-in from the decision-maker.

👋 You’ve been using Notion long enough to understand the basics, including what a database is and how they work.

👋 You’re already building in Notion, but your setup feels fragmented, hard to maintain, or not fully trusted by the team.

👋 Your client lifecycle (lead → onboarding → delivery → offboarding) is inconsistent, undocumented, or reinvented every time.

👋 Work lives across too many places (Sheets, email threads, Slack, Asana/Airtable, etc.), and you’re ready for a single source of truth in Notion.

👋 You’re ready to do the work to build infrastructure that saves you time every week, and makes it easier to scale delivery without adding chaos.

Who it’s not for

This program is not a good fit if:

❌ You’re new to Notion, not actively using it yet, or still deciding between tools. This program assumes you’re already committed to Notion.

❌ You want a done-for-you build where you hand over requirements and someone else sets everything up with minimal involvement from you.

❌ You’re not comfortable being uncomfortable. We will spend time in the messy middle while we simplify, restructure, and test.

❌ Tech and troubleshooting consistently overwhelms you to the point that implementation will feel stressful rather than energizing.

❌ You don’t have a clear implementation owner (you or a team member) who can do the weekly build work between sessions.

❌ You’re expecting this to “fix” a lack of clarity in your business fundamentals (offers, delivery process, roles). We can document and operationalize what exists, but we are not reinventing the business model from scratch.

❌ Your main issue is team adoption and change management, but you are not prepared to lead that change internally. (We can support adoption, but we cannot force usage.)

☝️ Required: You must already be using Notion in your business. This program is here to optimize and rebuild what you have, not introduce you to Notion for the first time.

☝️ Required: You can commit 3–5 hours per week for 6 weeks to implement what we build together. Part of this allocated time is spent on our sessions and calls, it’s not in addition to.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, but basic understanding of the tool is essential.

If you're brand new to Notion or don't currently use it in your business, this intensive isn't for you. You'll need foundational Notion skills to keep pace with the curriculum.

The program is designed for people who use Notion but want to understand and use its full potential for client management.

  • Absolutely. The ideal participant is the person who will be building the automations and has leadership support to map out your entire client lifecycle. This could be an operations manager, a Notion champion, or a founder.

  • Yes! We offer a team plan if you want to bring multiple team members. Specify that you are interested in the team plan on the form intake.

  • You must have a Notion Plus, Business, or Enterprise plan. Free plans do not support the automations and advanced database features you'll be building in this program.

  • You'll have a fully functional system and the skills to maintain and evolve it.

  • Yes. If you decide within the first week that the program isn't a fit, I'll refund 100% of your investment, no questions asked.

  • The first cohort starts on February 23, 2026.

Ready to build your client lifecycle system?

Here's what's actually at stake:

Right now, you're probably spending 5-10 hours per week on administrative work that a system could handle—tracking leads in spreadsheets, manually creating onboarding checklists, searching for client files, remembering follow-ups.

That's 20-40 hours per month. At your hourly rate, that's thousands of dollars of your time spent on work that shouldn't require you.

After this bootcamp, you'll have:

  • 3-5+ hours back in your week (that's a half-day you can take off, or reinvest in revenue-generating work)

  • The ability to onboard clients faster and more professionally—shortening your sales cycle and improving conversion

  • A system that works when you're on vacation, so you can actually unplug without everything falling apart

  • The operational foundation to scale without burning out or hiring more people just to manage the chaos

The math is simple: Invest 6 weeks now, get 3-5+ hours back every single week moving forward. That's 150+ hours back in your first year alone.

P.S. If you're reading this thinking "I really need this but now isn't the right time"—I get it.

But consider this: How much is your current lack of systems costing you in time, stress, and lost opportunities? Six weeks from now, you could have a complete operational system running your business. Or you could still be managing everything in your head.
